Many satellite installers if they are able to reach a chimney would simply drill and bolt to it. This is against industry guidlines for good reason. We are able to offer alternatives to simply drilling a chimney and carry all of the equipment on board our installation vans.
We carry ladders that will normally reach a four storey property and have ladders available that will reach five storeys. Larger properties usually have roof access or may require a cherry picker which we are able to arrange.

Have at least City and Guilds qualification.
Have passed CRB checks.
Are special heights trained.
Have current insurances in place.
Our RDI installers would also adhere to industry best practice guidelines as well as our own.
Most of our installers work in pairs. If a lone installer encounters a particularly difficult dish installation he can call on another of our engineers or one of our two man special heights teams to assist.
We are usually able to arrange this assistance on the same day.
