Repair work would involve a charge for diagnosing the cause of the fault. Once the fault has been located, 
we would provide a quotation for any parts required.

able to provide  a same day visit.

Cost effective repairs
For a small charge, we will inspect and fault diagnose
any problem being experienced, to include where necessary, correct alignment of your satellite dish, reconnecting a loose cable, or perhaps configuring your TV or satellite receiver.

Additional parts if needed
If we are unable to repair your system and additional materials are required or works are needed, our engineer would provide a full written estimate for your consideration. 

We will gain your approval before fitting any additional parts.

You would always be made aware of the final bill amount.

Our satellite installation vehicles carry a wide range of
equipment to cover almost every repair and installation eventuality. 

Once we have provided you with an estimate, we can proceed with the remedial works there and then if required, getting your satellite system back up and running.
All supplied parts and installation labour is covered by our 12 month guarantee.
