Fast response TV aerial repairs
We offer a fast TV aerial repair service of your existing aerial system and can often have an engineer with you within hours of your call.
Our engineer will quickly locate the source of the fault and carry our the aerial repair, getting your system back up and working there and then.
Digital TV reception problems
Unlike analogue TV reception, digital TV reception (freeview) has relatively few faults, these are easily recognised, there are two main faults.
Pixelation
The picture freezes and breaks up into blocks or squares.
Missing channels
You only receive a few digital freeview channels or no digital channels at all.
These faults are usually related to an aerial problem and may be due to a fault with your existing television aerial system or your existing aerial system may not be compatible with digital freeview reception.
Analogue TV reception problems
Analogue television reception faults can be recognised as: Ghosting or reflected images, snowy or grainy pictures, loss of colour, a picture in the background of the channel you are watching.

For a modest diagnostic charge, £35.00 + vat
we will inspect and fault diagnose any problem being experienced.
This visit would include where necessary:
Correct alignment of your aerial using the latest signal meters.
Tightening up existing fixings where possible.
Checking and reconnecting loose cables and making good faulty aerial connections.
Configuring your TV/DVD/Freeview box.
Additional parts where needed
Where possible, we will try and carry out your TV aerial repair without using new parts. Where this is not possible and additional materials or works are needed to complete the aerial repair, our engineer will provide a full 'written quotation' for your consideration and gain your approval before fitting any new parts.
You would always be made aware of the final bill amount.
We do not have any hidden charges and there would be no surprises when we present our final bill.
Fully equipped service vehicles
Our service vehicles carry a wide range of equipment to cover every TV aerial repair and installation eventuality.
Once we have provided you with an estimate, we would be able to proceed with your aerial repair works there and then getting your system back up and working.
A quick fix. Is this economical?
Dependant on the age and quality of your existing aerial installation, it is sometimes a better and more cost effective option to replace your aerial altogether rather than to repair. It would not be cost effective to you for instance, putting a brand new digital aerial on a rusty pole and bracketry. This may only last until the next high winds. Our engineer would not provide a quick fix unless of course asked to do so.
If it is found to be non cost effective to repair your old aerial and a complete replacement is installed on the day, the diagnostic charge would be absorbed within the cost of the new installation. You won’t have to pay for us checking your old aerial on top of the cost of a new installation.
