Engineers Qualified To Do The Job Your installation or repair is carried out only by our own engineers whom: Have undergone our in house induction training and follow industry best practice guidelines. Have completed current safe working at heights training. Have undergone a CRB check and provided a satisfactory clear criminal records disclosure. Have an absolute minimum of three years experience in aerial and satellite installation. The current average is 12 years. Stringent Monitoring In addition to our management team closely monitoring our company internally, we are continually voluntarily vetted and monitored by several external organisations that help us ensure we fulfil our promises. Written Guarantee On completion of your works, you will be given our guarantee in writing. We guarantee all materials and installation labour for a minimum of 12 months. Because of the high standard of installation and high quality equipment we use, our level of guarantee claims is very low; however should a fault develop, we will pull out all the stops to get your system back up and running as soon as possible.
